Each spring, FJL partners with JAcademy — a gap year program for European students — to run a five-week leadership and internship experience in London. Designed and delivered by FJL, the programme brings together students from across Europe for a powerful journey of immersive Jewish learning, professional development, and deep engagement with the local Jewish community. Participants explore high-level Jewish ideas, meet with leading politicians, entrepreneurs, and communal figures, and gain hands-on experience through meaningful internships — all while building lasting friendships and growing as emerging Jewish leaders. Now in its second decade, the FJL-JAcademy programme continues to shape the future of Jewish leadership across Europe.
